Flat rates, quoted and agreed before the trip. There is no meter running, no surge pricing on holidays or event nights, and no fee that appears afterward. If a booking has genuinely open-ended timing, we price a realistic window and tell you what an extension costs before you need one.

We run one stretch limousine with a fixed capacity. Tell us your group size when you enquire and we will confirm right away whether it fits — we would rather be straight with you in advance than leave people standing at the pickup.

Yes, regularly. It is roughly a forty-mile run from Coeur d'Alene, typically forty-five to sixty minutes depending on traffic and conditions. We track inbound flights for arrivals and quote airport transfers as flat rates with no surge pricing.

For adult bookings where every passenger is of legal drinking age, we will discuss it when you book. On any trip carrying minors — prom, homecoming, school formals, quinceañeras — the answer is no, without exception.

Tell us as early as you can and we will work with it. For airport arrivals we track the flight and move the pickup to when you actually land, and we do not treat a cancelled or diverted flight as a no-show.
