Hayden is a short run from our base in Coeur d'Alene, which keeps it inside our standard service area with no travel surcharge for ordinary trips.
The character of the work here is different from town, though. Hayden Lake in particular has a concentration of private residences and event settings reached by long driveways, narrow lake roads, and turnarounds that were designed for a sedan rather than a stretch limousine.
What we check on Hayden bookings
Access is the first conversation. Around Hayden Lake, a good number of addresses have an approach that a stretch vehicle can enter but cannot comfortably turn in, and reversing a long vehicle down a wooded private drive in the dark is not something we improvise. Where that is the case we identify a clean drop and turn point in advance and agree it with you.
For weddings and private events at lakefront properties, the same question applies to guest timing. A single-lane private drive that has to carry a bridal party, a photographer, a caterer, and arriving guests within the same half hour is a bottleneck, and the transportation schedule should be built with that in mind.
Winter access up here can be genuinely limiting — unplowed private drives are common and are the property owner's responsibility rather than the county's. For a winter booking to a lake address, we will ask directly about how the drive is maintained.
